Common questions
Do you work onsite?
Rarely, and it is usually unnecessary. Both of my independent SuccessFactors implementations were delivered fully remote, including one spanning U.S. and Latin American operations. If your situation genuinely requires onsite time, say so and we will scope it.
How do you price work?
Fixed-fee for defined scopes like a course build or an assessment; hourly or retainer for implementations and ongoing advisory where scope evolves. You get a written proposal before anything starts.
Can you work with our LMS if it isn't SuccessFactors?
Yes. Deepest expertise is in SuccessFactors, and the underlying work — content architecture, curriculum logic, SCORM and xAPI deployment, governance — transfers to Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Canvas and other enterprise platforms.
Are you insured?
Yes — Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage. Certificate available on request, which procurement teams usually want early.
Can you take on a small project?
Often, yes. A single course, an accessibility remediation pass, or a configuration review are all reasonable starting points. Several long engagements began that way.
